Hello! I'm alive!
I have been busy with school and a bit discouraged from crocheting because of the crap that had happened with people abusing my patterns :(

I was going to delete all my patterns from my free pattern blog, but I saw that people love them on Ravelry and decided to keep them up. It's AMAZING to see that my designs are appreciated by people from random places around the world. I felt that it would be unfair to take them down just because some stupid people abused the terms of use of the patterns.

Here's shark hats people have made from my pattern :)

This is my free pattern blog, that I will be updating more!

Nice! Hey, don't give up on us, yeah some people can be pretty ridiculous, but there is good out there that definitely overwhelms the bad.
Keep up the great work!

Good to see you back! Did you ever try reporting to the websites that people were selling things based on your patterns? Sometimes the websites will use that to take it down.

What exactly happened with the free patterns thing? People reselling the patterns?

In my terms of use for the patterns, I said not to make anything to sell, I found a bunch of people selling things made from my patterns online. I didn't see anyone selling my exact patterns themselves, but it is a possibility that it happened. :(

Legally, you have no recourse unless you apply for a patent. You really should if you want to avoid people profiting off your idea. Just my advice. (This means that your idea is profitable!)

I had creative commons on it, and since I posted it, it was my intellectual property.
